By accessing and using this platform, you agree to use it responsibly, maintain confidentiality of all observation records, and provide evidence-based, respectful professional comments.

2. Confidentiality of Academic Records

Observation data, reports, audio, video, and related materials are confidential academic records and must not be shared outside authorised school and academic leadership channels. Users must respect the privacy of both teachers and students at all times.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

TeachScope360, including its observation framework, parameters, descriptors, scoring structure, and reporting formats, is the proprietary intellectual property of EduBrisk Knowledge Solutions. The system is provided for internal academic improvement and professional development within your institution.

Users agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or adapt the TeachScope360 framework
• Reverse engineer the scoring system or report formats
• Distribute or share the observation descriptors
• Use the framework for development of any other observation tool or platform
• Modify or create derivative works based on the system

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or adaptation of the framework for use in any other platform or system is not permitted without prior written consent from EduBrisk.

4. Evidence-Based Practice

Users agree to:

• Record only observable teaching practices
• Align all comments with the provided rubric descriptors
• Use respectful, professional language in all feedback
• Ensure uploaded evidence respects student and teacher privacy
• Comply with all school recording policies

5. Growth-Focused Culture

TeachScope360 supports a growth-focused observation culture. It is not a tool for personal judgement or informal criticism. Its purpose is to support instructional improvement and professional learning in a structured, evidence-based manner.

6. Report Confidentiality

Reports generated through TeachScope360 are confidential and intended for internal academic and professional development purposes only. They may not be copied, distributed, or adapted for use in any other platform or system.
